Gintec Shade Technologies brings over 75
years of installation, marketing, and sewing experience to the horticultural,
agriculture industry and our commercial and residential clients. Our state of
the art fabricating equipment can efficiently produce custom orders, without
sacrificing the quality demanded by today's market. Our fabricating facilities
are located in Vanessa, Ontario, Canada and Birmingham, Alabama, U.S.A. Our
sales offices are located in Vanessa Ontario and Tavares Florida to better serve
the entire North American market.
Fabrics used by Gintec Shade Technologies are the best available to the
industry. No second grade fabric is used or accepted. If you require shade, bird
or hail structures, netting, woven or knitted shade cloth or sails, ground
cover, frost cover or blankets, insect screen, thermal screen, or greenhouse
screens, we can design and fabricate your custom order.
Our state of the art
equipment produces the highest quality workmanship demanded by today's industry.
Our cloth fabrication techniques include 2 ¾" U.V. treated black polypropylene
reinforcing tape on all edges and seams. The tape is double stitched to the
edges and seams with U.V. treated monofilament thread. Brass star grommets can
also be installed to your specifications. With our state of the art equipment we
can attain widths, lengths, and production speeds second to none; this in turn
saves you money.
Our installation division has erected structures and
installed fabrics throughout Canada and the U.S. We offer structures from eight
to twenty-four feet in height. We also design and install greenhouse retractable
thermal screen systems for fuel savings and optimum growing conditions. We can
provide an installation crew or, if you prefer, we will supply plans and
instructions for your own crew.
