Gintec Shade Technologies can provide a structure for your Garden Center that
allows customers to shop without the bother of anchor cables and other
obstructions. Our galvanized truss and pipe design gives optimum strength and
quality that esthetically blends into any Garden Center setting. The structure
is designed so that additional sections may be added for future growth.
Poles are manufactured from pre-galvanized 3" square 13-gauge steel tube.
Trusses consist of 1-1/2" square x 16 gauge tube top/bottom chords. Webbing
between chords consists of 9/16" rods. End plates are 1/4" x 1-3/4" steel.
Trusses are hot dip galvanized after welding.
Available Heights: 10', 12', and 14 feet
Bay Widths: 18', 21', 24', and 27 feet
Structure Length: Any Increment of 12 feet
Structure comes with your choice of Gintec Premium Knitted Shade Cloth. This
fabric is most popular with Garden Centers. Gintec Premium Black Knitted Shade
Cloth is available in 30%, 40%, 50%, 60% and 70% shade factors. A 40% White
Premium Knit is also available and will be quoted upon request.
Gintec Shade Technologies can provide a crew to install your structure or a
supervisor to instruct your employees. If you want to install the structure
yourself, plans are provided.
